My name is Tamas Csility, I am a graphic designer and art director specialized in branding, packaging and publishing.
Your current job :
I am currently working as graphic designer and art director on various projects in my own studio (Creatum – www.creatum.hu).
In which city are you located?
Baja, HungaryWhich is a small city that located at south part of Hungary.

Versatile.
What tools are essential to your life (app, software, etc..)
First my brain and my hands mainly :-), than I use popular graphics softwares.
What does your office space look like?
Nothing special, cosy feeling with large desk, lots of workstations for my colleague.
What kind of music do you listen when you are working ?
It depends of the project. If I need to think and make clever concepts and be very focussed on my work I like to listen electronic music. But if I need to be lively, to find inspiration I listen hip-hop music from golden age era, and old school rap.
Do you have a way to organize your day to maximize your work ?
I try to organize my work for the all week.Sometimes I or our’s clients changes my plans but it still helps to have an overview.
What tips would you give to improve productivity ?
Think before you act, just focus on one project and go step by step.
You’re better than your colleagues to :
I don’t think I am better than my colleagues, but I have more experienced, therefore I am making quick decisions. They are very talented people, all of us are very good at something.
What is the best advice anyone has given you ?
Keep calm and think.
What is your best tip for saving time ?
Having a plan and objectives for the day and the week.
What is your routine start and end of the day ?
Get up early, because this is the perfect time to think over my to do, meanwhile I eat and drink something. At evening get some inspiration: sports something, meet with friends, read a book, see a movie… and naturally I am with my honey
Aside from your computer and your phone, what gadget can you not you go without?
Only my eyes and my brain, thankfully I’m not an object fetishist.
