Design needs time and repose, the best tip I can give is don’t force productivity, and give the thing you’re working on all your attention.

What is your routine start and end of the day?
First of all I look my agenda, and I try to organize my time.
I respond to all my emails, and I try to rest 5 minutes per hour.
