How did you discover kombucha? 

My mother 

What prompted you to start your company? 

I had too many orders. I was making 500 Gallons a month in my cellar and it was always sold out. That was  10 yrs ago.

What makes your product unique? 

100% raw, pure and unflavoured KB. In America, all brewers try to gain markets with flavors that denature fermentation and the true great taste of kombucha. We master a unique fermentation process that takes a lot of time. But in the end, why would you need to add flavor and use tricks if it already tastes great? Genuine KB

What do you want to convey through your brand image? 

The key taste and quality as good as kombucha can get. 

What are the main challenges in your company? 

Get much larger place ASAP (500 m² +) and bring it to the next level

What tools are essential for your work (app, software)? 


A word to define what type of worker you are: 

passionate and a lot of willpower

What does your office space look like? 

sloppy at first sight, unorganized

Do you have a way to organize your days to optimize your work? 

drink my first glass of KB, make my list of things to do in a big old-fashioned agenda

What tips would you give to improve productivity?

Do at least 30 min of sport 3x/ week and/or make love to your wife

What is the best advice you have been given?

You are what you make/ do, not what you have. Do the maximum to the minimum. 

The less you have ropes around your neck, the more you offer yourself a chance to succeed.  Do everything right away when you can, don’t wait for tomorrow.

What are your end-of-day and early-day routine? 

End: play lego with my 14 months old baby, water the plants, sit for a mojito and listen to the silence. Early: drink a cool glass of D-TOX and smoke a cigarette

upcoming products or projects? 

Diversification: export in EU, eventually hit the USA? Other packagings for new channels. Get KB more accepted mainstream, maybe with another brand deposited. Eventually, I want to save people from traditional bad sodas, just like what happened to me! | | |
