Ravens Brewing would like to announce the release of Dayman Salted Lemon Wild Ale. Dayman is a collaboration between Ravens Brewing Company in Abbotsford and Coal Harbour Brewing in East Vancouver.
Head brewers Dan and Tom came together with the intention of making a beer that would usher us into spring. Dayman celebrates the return of sunny days with a refreshing and bright lemony, citrus flavour. With a light funkiness brought out from the use of Sacc Trois yeast.
Dayman will be available on Wednesday, May 3rd at Ravens Brewing in Abbotsford, shipping to stores and bars the following week.
