Drav launches two new ready-to-drink cocktails

Published by Press release

Super alcohol company Drav launches two new ready-to-drink cocktails: a non-alcoholic Long Island Iced Tea, and a Tom Collins made with Menaud Gin. Located in the installations of the Charlevoix Menaud distillery, Drav is renowned for its IPA, ISA, APA, IRA and WIT beers with colourful vintage labels. Bold and delicious continue to be defining characteristics of Drav with these two new products. The main challenge was creating cocktails with real ingredients and no natural flavours—unlike the vast majority of ready-to-drink products currently on shelves.

LONG ISLAND ICED TEA (non-alcoholic)
Here’s an idea: let’s take the most alcoholic 90s cocktail and make it non-alcoholic! This crazy idea led to a wonderful mix: iced tea and fresh citrus, with hints of vanilla and mint. Created in collaboration with 3/4 OZ. Cola Syrup, it features macerated green alder, lemon juice, dark chocolate bitter, and vodka. Put your Fugees LP on the turntable, stretch yourself out in a sun lounger, and embrace the nostalgia inspired by this marvellous cocktail. Plus you can keep your cool, since it’s non-alcoholic. Available at SAQ / $7.20 / <0.5% alcohol / 250 ml.

TOM COLLINS
An oldie but a goodie, Tom Collins is a delight with its opalescent robe and delicate balance of fresh lemonade and Menaud Gin. The cold maceration of the green alder brings out its floral quality instead of its tannins. We then mix in Quebec honey, lemon juice, Menaud Gin, organic cane sugar, and water. The result is one of the most “local” ready-to-drink products there is, even though the lemon juice and cane sugar are not from here. A simple but truly exquisite classic. Available at SAQ / $14.80 / 7% alcohol / 250 ml.
