What were the challenges for your business in 2021?

Our challenges from the start have been to develop local products with optimal quality! Our malting system was developed right here in Quebec. We have a system capable of malting all kinds of grains and we are able to roast our grains. A first in Quebec! Although this is an automated system that can be controlled from a cell phone, you have to know how to handle it. For a year, we have developed our products with our organic barley, a great challenge to cultivate in order to achieve the quality required in the brewing sector. We managed to meet our expectations last year and this year, but each harvest has its own unique characteristics.
