What were the challenges for your business in 2021?

2021 has been a busy year! In the spring, I had to put in place a quarantine plan for the arrival of my foreign workers and I had to adjust my schedule of work in the fields with the delays caused by this quarantine. I also started a new project, the Biergarten des Jarrets Noirs. It was a huge success, despite all the constraints of public health.

What are the upcoming projects for your business in 2022?

There will be the arrival of three new hop varieties at Houblon des Jarrets Noirs and the second edition of the Biergarten des Jarrets Noirs. Once again, it will be a busy summer!
