What were the challenges for your business in 2021?

Our biggest challenge this year was to determine the percentage of beers consumed on site versus in distribution. The management of the pub and the decrease in traffic (mandatory closure) forced us to modify our production schedule several times and to adapt our small brewery in order to bottle a lot more liter.

What are the upcoming projects for your business in 2022?

Our plan in 2022 is to begin working on our brewery expansion project. We will set up our business plan for this project and meet our various partners. We also intend to work on the branding of our regular beer line for a change to the can.
