As Bons vivants, we have always loved beer, then we thought we could make it. But with all the available offers, being a new microbrewery was a big step for us. Let’s face it, plan to make 4,300 hectoliters of beer a year, it takes up a lot of space and it requires a lot of bon vivants with their hearts at work! Luckily, we had just that on hand.
Brewed right at La Station, it is through the large glass room of L’Usine Brassicole that you will be able to watch your beers being made. Then, if you pay close attention, you can discover our expertise in brewing, both traditional and adaptive, even experimental, but above all, at your service. We will be releasing several permanent and seasonal beer styles, especially inspired by you and our story. After that, all that remains is to taste the magic that is produced there at La Station or at the P’tit Magasin.
Something to satisfy everyone one sip at a time!
