How long have you been brewing beer and what are your brewery’s core values? 
I’ve been brewing for about six years. I’ve never been Louks’ master brewer, but as one of the owners, I do a bit of everything, all the time. When necessary, I go directly to production, I like to get my hands dirty.

When it comes to Louks Brewery’s values, we prioritize teamwork, honesty, and passion. We are a small team and it is very important to us that everyone feels like family. We are always on the lookout for development opportunities and value the contribution of our team at all times.

What are the main types of beer you brew?
We specialize in brewing classic, easy-drinking beers with our own creative twist.

What makes your beer unique?  Are you bringing a special beer to the Mondial that we should try? If so, what is it and what can you tell us about it?
Consumers enjoy our beers because what you see is what you get. As mentioned earlier, Louks brews classic, easy-drinking beers. This has allowed us as a company to offer our clientele a crushable beer. We like to brand ourselves in a way where “we have a beer for everyone”, from classic blondes, browns, sours, IPA’s too strong stouts.

We are brewing a one-off Dry-hopped Pale Ale which will be exclusively served at the Mondial de la Bière.

What are the plans for the future? 
Louks is always looking for ways to grow and expand its reach. We are currently looking for ways where we can offer our clientele a one-stop shop where they can enjoy the full experience of Louks: beers, food, and events. More to come very soon.
