Anecdote / Memory:
My first experience at the Mondial was in 2008 with a bus that André Chalifour (Duchess d’Aiguillon at the time) had rented to organize a day at the Mondial! My first real beer festival experience. Then, I had to wait until 2012 to return as a volunteer for Boquébière, where I met many brewers who would later become friends and colleagues. Boquébière also won awards for their products there. A first step for me in the fraternity of Quebec beer.

in 2012: Rouge des Cantons from Boquébière. A Flanders red aged in red wine barrels with vinous, acetic, and red fruit notes!
