MINI will present ‘Frontiers – The Future of Mobility’ at designjunction during September’s London Design Festival 2014. The exhibition will feature six cutting edge young designers and will explore the intersection of design and technology.
The Future of Mobility Email Google+ Twitter Facebook “The designers we’ve chosen are all pushing the boundaries of design and technologies, across a wide range of disciplines, and they’re all approaching the idea so differently,” commented Anders Warming, Head of MINI Design. “I’m intrigued to see the designs come to life and hear such different perspectives on what the future of mobility could be.”
Showcasing their work as part of the project work are Pernilla Ohrstedt, Lucy McRae, Keiichi Matsuda, Alexandra Daisy Ginsberg, Matthew Plummer-Fernandez, and Dominic Wilcox. Each exhibit has been part inspired by the spirit of the MINI brand and the newly launched MINI, which combines iconic design with cutting-edge technology.
