How did you discover kombucha?
While living in Santa Barbara in the early 2000s I can across some folks brewing kombucha and feel in love
What prompted you to start your company?
I wanted to create a unique product while using my hands.
What makes your product unique?
We use only Earth grown botanicals to make Zeal, no juice, no oils or flavorings. we ferment zeal to a palatable point before it turns to vinegar.
What do you want to convey through your brand image?
Simplistic, refreshing, colorful and full of zeal
What are the main challenges in your company?
Managing growth had been a challenge a very welcomed challenge

This is a question that I’m constantly looking for new answers and methods. organizing my tasks, goals, and thoughts on paper is Paramount

if you choose to grow slow stay slow if you choose to grow fast grow fast, keep the same pace and grow smart.

upcoming products or projects?
We are currently working on seasonal releases in larger format bottles. we have a back catalog of flavors and some new ones in the works that I think a larger bottle will be very fitting.
