What were the challenges for your business in 2021?

Our biggest challenge was meeting the demand for our beers during the summer. Despite our good planning and the fact that we started to get ahead of our stocks in the spring, we came close to running out of beers several times. Some recipes also had to be discarded to make more room for our good salespeople and a few new things (we have to have a little fun!).

What are the upcoming projects for your business in 2022?

We will be looking to increase the production of branded beers to supply demand (who knows, maybe even in cans). We are also working on an extra-light beer project to showcase Quebec hops. Probably a few 100% Quebec collaborations to come.
